Erica began her healthcare journey at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. In 2015, she relocated to Jacksonville to pursue a second degree in Nursing at the University of North Florida, where her clinical training deepened her passion for patient care.
She spent three years as a registered nurse, during which she discovered her calling in otolaryngology and refined her skills in this specialty.
